This 64GB DDR4 2400 ECC LRDIMM module is built for Dell PowerEdge 13th Generation rack servers including the R430, R530, R630, R730, R730xd, R830 and R930. It runs at 2400MHz with CL17 latency and 1.20V operation. The quad-rank 4Rx4 load-reduced design helps increase total memory capacity in supported server configurations.

Suitable For Dell PowerEdge Servers Only

This module suits administrators expanding memory in the listed Dell PowerEdge R430, R530, R630, R730, R730xd, R830 or R930 servers. It is not for desktop or laptop systems that require non-ECC unbuffered memory. It also does not fit servers that accept only registered DIMMs or that cannot support load-reduced quad-rank modules.

4Rx4 Load-Reduced Quad-Rank Design

The single specification that decides compatibility is the 4Rx4 load-reduced ECC design. Dell PowerEdge 13th Generation servers must support LRDIMM quad-rank modules to use this part. Mixing with registered ECC DIMMs is not supported and all installed modules must share the same ECC type for correct operation.
