The AMD EPYC 9554 is a 64-core, 128-thread server processor built for Socket SP5 platforms. It runs at a 3.1 GHz base frequency and reaches 3.75 GHz maximum turbo. With 256 MB of L3 cache and a 360 W thermal design power, it targets high-density virtualization, database and HPC workloads that need maximum core count in a single socket.

DDR5-4800 twelve-channel memory and PCIe 5.0

The integrated memory controller supports twelve channels of DDR5-4800, providing bandwidth for memory-bound applications.
