The AMD EPYC 9554P is a 64-core, 128-thread server processor built for Socket SP5 platforms. It operates at a base frequency of 3.1 GHz and can reach a maximum turbo frequency of 3.75 GHz. The chip includes 256 MB of L3 cache and has a thermal design power of 360 W. It is sold without a cooling device.

DDR5-4800 twelve-channel memory interface
