The AMD EPYC 9754 is a 128-core server processor built on the 9004 series architecture. It targets high-density cloud, virtualisation and HPC workloads that scale across many threads. Buyers needing a smaller core count or lower thermal envelope should look elsewhere.

Socket SP5 with 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes

The processor fits the SP5 socket and exposes 128 lanes of PCI Express 5.0 for accelerators, storage and networking. It also runs 12 channels of DDR5 4800 memory. Systems without an SP5 platform or with fewer memory channels cannot use this part.

Processor only — no cooler included
