This 2.85 mm diameter BENDLAY filament from Lay Filaments comes in a 0.25 kg spool and prints at 230 to 240 °C. It is a modified butadiene material that is safe for household, food-contact and medical-device applications. The formulation eliminates stress whitening when bent and serves as a tough, extremely translucent alternative to ABS and soft PLA.

Sustained printing behaviour

High interlayer adhesion keeps layers bonded during long prints and the material absorbs far less moisture than ABS, reducing warping over extended sessions. It remains bendable after printing so finished parts retain flexibility without becoming brittle. Diameter tolerance of ± 0.1 mm supports consistent extrusion throughout a full spool.
