Encompass RTXL Online UPS

The Minuteman EC1000RTXL2U is a new 1000VA 900W online UPS delivering true sine-wave output at 120V. Its power factor of 0.9 provides 900 watts from the 1000VA rating. The unit suits rack or tower installations for servers, network gear or workstations needing continuous double-conversion protection.

Rack tower form factor integration

The 2U chassis fits standard racks and also stands as a tower. Six NEMA 5-15R outlets supply battery-backed power; the input uses a NEMA 5-15P plug on 120V mains. Auto-sensing 50/60Hz input tolerates a wide 0-160VAC window and frequency shift of +/-6Hz. Operating range is 0 to 40°C with 10 to 90 percent non-condensing humidity.

Replaceable battery packs and management

Runtime reaches 10 minutes at half load and 2 minutes at full load. User-replaceable battery packs BP24RTXL2U and BP24V72RTEXL extend service life without removing the UPS. A USB port enables monitoring and controlled shutdown. Approvals include cTUVus to UL1778, FCC Class A, CE, Energy Star 2.0, DoE 10 CFR Part 430 and RoHS2.
