16 GB DDR3-1333 ECC RDIMM kit

This 16 GB kit contains two 8 GB DDR3 1333 CL9 registered DIMMs built for HP ProLiant blade servers. The modules run at 1.5 V and include ECC error correction for data integrity in mission-critical workloads. They are validated for the BL280c G6, BL2x220c G6, BL2x220c G7, BL460c G6 and BL490c G6 platforms. The 240-pin form factor matches the server memory slots exactly.

Not for desktops or unbuffered slots

This memory will not work in standard desktop PCs, workstations that require unbuffered DIMMs, or any system that cannot accept registered ECC modules. Mixing these sticks with unbuffered memory is not supported and will prevent boot. Buyers needing non-ECC or consumer-speed RAM should look for a different product line altogether.

Registered ECC with 2Rx4 organisation

The registered buffer and 2Rx4 rank layout are the decisive factors for compatibility with the listed ProLiant blades. If your server requires registered ECC DDR3 at 1333 MT/s with this rank configuration, the kit fits; otherwise it will not post.
