The Solidigm D7-PS1030 is a 6.4TB U.2 15mm solid-state drive built for data-centre servers. It uses 176L TLC 3D NAND and a PCI-Express 5.0 x4 interface to deliver high throughput for read-intensive and mixed workloads. The drive is rated for three drive writes per day and 35 PBW of total endurance.

The PCI-Express 5.0 x4 link caps sequential throughput at 14500 MBps read and 10000 MBps write. Random performance reaches 3000000 IOPS for 4K reads and 800000 IOPS for 4K writes. Active power draw peaks at 23W while idle consumption sits at 5W.
