The Enfain OM3 ST-ST duplex multimode fibre optic cable is built for 10G gigabit links in switches, servers and data centres. It uses a 3.0 mm PVC jacket with ceramic ferrules and an aqua blue colour code for quick identification. The 25 metre length suits rack-to-rack or cross-connect runs.

OM3 10G core capacity and headroom

The OM3 10-gigabit core supports 1G, 10G and 40G compatible transmission at 850 nm wavelength. Typical insertion loss is .2 dB and maximum insertion loss is .3 dB, while return loss exceeds 38 dB. Bandwidth headroom ends at the rated 40G compatibility and the 25 metre reach.

Thermals noise and power draw
