The Solidigm D5-P5430 is a 30.72TB U.2 15mm solid-state drive built on 192L QLC 3D NAND with a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface. It delivers up to 7000 MBps sequential read and 3000 MBps sequential write, plus 971000 IOPS random read and 86000 IOPS random write. Endurance is rated up to 0.57 DWPD or 31.93 PBW with a 2,000,000-hour MTBF and FIPS security.
