The Solidigm D5-P5336 provides 7.68TB of storage in an E3.S 7.5mm form factor. It uses a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface and 192-layer QLC 3D NAND. Sequential reads reach up to 6800 MBps while sequential writes reach up to 1800 MBps.

Suited for read-heavy server workloads

This drive targets data-centre deployments that prioritise capacity and read throughput, such as content delivery or warm data tiers. Its 0.42 DWPD endurance rating and 17900 IOPS random write performance make it a poor fit for write-intensive databases or high-transaction logging.
