Solidigm
3.84TB enterprise SSD in E1.S 9.5mm form factor with PCIe 5.0 x4 interface and Opal security
Option 3.84TB E1.S 9.5mm Opal
The Solidigm D7-PS1010 is a 3.84TB enterprise solid-state drive built for PCIe 5.0 x4 server platforms. It uses an E1.S 9.5mm form factor and TLC memory components. The drive targets data-centre workloads that require high-capacity storage in a compact, hot-pluggable design.
The E1.S 9.5mm form factor is designed for direct airflow in server chassis, allowing thermal management through system-level cooling. Power draw scales with PCIe 5.0 x4 activity and the TLC memory characteristics during read and write operations. Acoustic output is negligible as the drive has no moving parts.
Hardware-based Opal encryption secures data at rest without host software overhead. The single-pack delivery provides one drive ready for immediate installation in compatible E1.S bays. No additional cables, brackets or management utilities are included in the package.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
Slide the E1.S 9.5mm module into the hot-plug bay until the latch clicks, then secure the retention screw; the step often missed is tightening that screw, which ensures full PCIe 5.0 x4 electrical contact.
The TLC NAND has a finite write endurance; once the device reaches its rated terabytes-written limit the drive should be replaced, and firmware updates should be applied whenever the vendor releases them.
Under continuous write workloads the controller will throttle performance to manage temperature and protect the TLC NAND, so thermal throttling is the first limit encountered.
