The Solidigm D7-PS1010 is a U.2 15mm drive built on 176L TLC 3D NAND and a PCIe 5.0 x4 interface. It delivers up to 14500 MBps sequential read and 10000 MBps sequential write with 3000000 IOPS random read and 400000 IOPS random write. Endurance is rated at 1 DWPD or 14 PBW and MTBF at 2,500,000 hours. Opal security is included.
