The Solidigm D7-PS1010 is a 3.84TB enterprise SSD built in the E3.S 7.5mm form factor for PCI-Express 5.0 slots. It targets data-centre operators who need high-capacity flash in a thin, hot-pluggable ruler layout. The drive uses 176L TLC 3D NAND and is rated for one drive write per day with 7 PBW total endurance.

Sustained write behaviour at 19W active power

Under continuous load the drive draws 19W and maintains sequential write speeds up to 8200 MBps alongside 315000 random write IOPS. The 1 DWPD endurance rating and 2,500,000-hour MTBF are calculated for round-the-clock operation rather than burst workloads. Operating temperature range spans 0°C to 77°C with vibration tolerance of 2.17 GRMS during use.

Verify E3.S 7.5mm bay and PCIe 5.0 x4 wiring

Before ordering, confirm that your chassis provides an E3.S 7.5mm bay with the correct connector keying and that the backplane routes a full PCIe 5.0 x4 link to the slot. The drive weighs 110g and requires no Opal encryption support from the host. Systems limited to PCIe 4.0 or lacking the physical ruler cage cannot use this SSD.
