The Solidigm D7-PS1010 is a 15.36 TB enterprise SSD built in the E3.S 7.5 mm form factor with a PCIe 5.0 x4 interface. It uses 176-layer TLC 3D NAND to deliver sequential reads up to 14500 MBps and writes up to 9300 MBps, suited for read-intensive server workloads.

Suited for read-heavy deployments

This drive fits data-centre arrays, content-delivery nodes and warm-storage tiers that need high capacity and strong random read performance of 2750000 IOPS. It is not for write-heavy logging or OLTP systems that demand higher endurance than 1 DWPD, nor for desktop or laptop bays that only accept 2.5-inch or M.2 modules.
