3.84TB U.2 enterprise SSD for data centres

This Solidigm D7-PS1010 drive delivers 3.84TB of capacity in a U.2 15mm form factor with a PCI-Express 5.0 interface. It is built for servers and storage arrays that require sustained read performance and consistent latency. The 176L TLC 3D NAND supports heavy mixed workloads in enterprise environments.

No bundled accessories change the deployment

The product ships as a single drive without mounting brackets, cables or management software. Installation depends on the server chassis providing U.2 bays with appropriate backplane power and cooling. Administrators must supply their own drive trays and firmware tools for integration.

1 DWPD endurance rating defines write lifetime

The drive is rated for one drive write per day, equal to 7 PBW over the warranty period. Workloads that exceed this write intensity will wear the NAND faster than specified. Read-heavy or mixed workloads within the rating remain fully supported.
