The Solidigm D7-PS1010 is a 3.84TB enterprise solid-state drive built for data-centre servers. It uses a U.2 15mm form factor and a PCI-Express 5.0 interface with 176L TLC 3D NAND. The drive delivers sequential reads up to 14500 MBps and writes up to 8200 MBps.

This drive suits storage arrays that demand sustained random performance with 3100000 IOPS read and 315000 IOPS write at 4KB blocks. It is not for systems limited to PCIe 4.0 or 3.0 slots, nor for chassis that only accept 7mm U.2 modules. The 1 DWPD endurance rating also means it is not for write-heavy workloads exceeding 7 PBW.

PCIe 5.0 x4 interface decides compatibility
