7.68TB E1.S enterprise SSD

The Solidigm D7-PS1010 delivers 7.68TB of TLC storage in an E1.S 9.5mm form factor. It targets data-centre operators who need high-capacity flash for read-intensive workloads. The drive connects through a PCI-Express 5.0 x4 interface. No Opal encryption is included.

Fits E1.S bays with PCIe 5.0 backplanes

The 9.5mm module slides into standard E1.S slots that support PCIe 5.0 x4 signalling. A compatible backplane and CPU or switch with Gen 5 lanes are required to reach full throughput. The single-port design frees additional lanes for other devices. Hot-plug capability depends on the enclosure implementation.

Enterprise thermal envelope

The drive operates within standard enterprise temperature limits when installed in a chassis with forced airflow across the E1.S cage. Power draw scales with PCIe 5.0 activity and TLC write cycles.
